6orSticks is provided as a free, web-based entertainment service. By accessing and playing the game, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should stop using the application.

2. Disclaimer of Affiliation

Important Notice: 6orSticks is an independent, fan-made project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by, or otherwise associated with the International Cricket Council (ICC), any national cricket board, franchise league, player association, or broadcaster.

All player names, historical team names, statistics, and tournament data are used strictly for informational, referential, and entertainment purposes in the context of a fantasy sports simulation. We claim no ownership over these names or statistics. No official logos, player images, or official branding are used. All intellectual property remains the property of their respective owners.

3. Fair Play and Usage

You agree to use 6orSticks only for its intended purpose as a game. You may not use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to play the game, manipulate the draft, or spam the leaderboards. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the game's simulation engine or API, or submit abusive, inappropriate, or malicious data to the server.

4. Provided "As Is"

6orSticks is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees that the game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for lost draft runs. The simulation engine's outcomes are algorithmic; we do not guarantee specific statistical accuracy for every match.
